It is an assistance for severely disabled C-ESSN beneficiaries with a disability level of %50 or more. The amount of severe disability assistance is TRY 2,400. During the application, it is necessary to submit the Disability Report with the phrase “Fully Dependent” for adults, and one of the reports “Has a Very Severe Special Requirement”, “Has a Prominent Special Requirement” or “Special Condition Requirement” for children.

In order to benefit from the disability assistance provided within the scope of the C-ESSN Project, the reports you have received must be as follows:

The statement "fully dependent" should be included in the disability health board report obtained for adults.
If the report for children include one of the following expressions, you can benefit from severe disability assistance:

For children:
• "Has a Very Severe Special Requirement"
• "Has a Prominent Special Requirement"
• "Special Condition Requirement"

You must submit the disability health board report you have received to the Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation (SASF) in your district or to the Türk Kızılay Service Centre , if available.

Severe disability assistance is provided under the C-ESSN Project. In order to benefit from this assistance, households with a severely disabled person in the family must submit a disability health board report from an authorised public hospital containing one of the following statements to the Türk Kızılay Service Centre or the Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation (SASF). • “Severely Disabled” (the expression used for adults in old reports)

C-ESSN Project severe disability assistance is provided only to Project beneficiaries who submit the relevant disability health board reports obtained from the authorized state hospital.

This payment is made monthly, on the last day of the month, at the same time as C-ESSN payments.

Severe disability payments are uploaded to the same account in your KIZILAYKART on the same day as C-ESSN payments.

Any family member who is a C-ESSN beneficiary and has a valid disability health board report specified in the answer to the 3rd question above can receive severe disability assistance.
